This practice will get you sweating and detoxing in no time! Starting with Sun Salutation A then Sun Salutation B with twists, we move into standing balances with twists and vinyasas to keep the flow going. Handstand options are given and we work into Flying Pigeon arm balance. A dose of twisting core work on the back creates strength in the center body. A few backbends and pigeon with a variation close out the practice! Enjoy
