Only have a little bit of time to get on your mat? No problem. This practice is designed for yogis on the go! Take as little or as much as you like. It's actually 4 shorter practices rolled into one. Part 1 moves you through some gentle warm ups, connecting breath with movement. Part 2 moves into some core work, but if you don't have the time or energy for that, you can skip to the 30 minute mark and get into the deeper stretching and balance work in Part 3, and when you're ready you can work on your headstand and then cool it down in Part 4.
