Move slow, get strong! This practice focuses on opening the hamstrings and building strength with deep conscious movement. We get the blood flowing with a few sun salutations and create strength through standing poses. A deep hamstring stretch (hanumanasna) is our peak pose. Finish up with a peaceful and relaxing savasana!
