I received my 200 hour Certification from Center for Yoga in 2004, participated in the Work-scholar Program at Esalen Institute in 2006, and earned my B.A. from Naropa Univeristy in 2007. My Major was Traditional Eastern Arts with a 1,000 hour Yoga Teacher Training Concentration; my Minor was Somatic Psychology. In 2008, I graduated from The Institute of Psycho Structural Balancing with a 550 hour Massage Certification. That same year I lived at a wellness center in Auroville, India where I taught Yoga and dance. In 2010, I received my professional training to practice Holistic Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I graduated from Sofia University in 2013 with my M.A. in Transpersonal Psychology.
As a Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Counselor, it is my passion and joy to support and enhance the empowerment of others through the provision of embodied education in mind-body-spirit union. My prayer is that we all rise up and become the light and the healing our world so dearly needs.
