In Sanskrit Purusha means The Witness and it’s one of the goals of our practice: to cultivate presence and awareness with whatever is arising. In this session try being an open, non-judgmental witness to any sensations, emotions, and thoughts that surface while using the breath as your anchor for staying calm and grounded. What to expect: Cat cow, low lunge, 1/2 splits, Series A, warrior flow, warrior 2, reverse triangle, triangle, half moon, wide leg forward fold, twisted triangle, pyramid, side plank, dancer’s bridge, L pose at the wall, crow, core work, bridge, happy baby, seated forward folds, spinal twists, and savasana.Enjoy, yogis!
