This practice will move you through a variety of postures intended to help you wake up the spine, hips, shoulders and hamstrings, priming your mind and body for a deeper practice. If you're new to yoga, listen to your body and only take these postures as far as feels right! If you feel any pain at all, you've gone too far. Enjoy!
