Our shoulders are the teenagers of our body - they wanna be free but that freedom gets them into all kinds of trouble. If your shoulders are the troubled teens of your body, they may need some structured support to set them free. We start slow and easy to sort out where the trouble spots are. Then we play with a strap and use other tricks to help focus attention on what's happening with the shoulders. We explore all the ways the shoulders move. Then we set them free in an easy vinyasa C to feel the shifts that happen when we give our attention to the places where we are stuck.

Need a feel-good morning kick-start, or a restart later in the day? Angela to the rescue with a feel-good flow that targets quadriceps and front-body opening, along with core and glute-strengthening to send you off feeling strong and centered! There's a tiny handstand moment offered, but that is not the focus of this practice. Enjoy, yogis!

A sweet and gentle flow that's all about the spine. The practice begins with a seated warm up that moves you from the cervical spine and all the way down to the sacral. After that, you'll roll, twist and fold in different postures that promote spinal expansion and alignment. Have fun exploring and opening in this juicy offering!

Warm up with bands! The band provides resistance but you can do this without a band and just move along with me, or you can use a yoga strap. We're going to explore abduction which will help any of you dealing with illiotibial band syndrome which can happen from lots of cycling. We're also going to open the shoulders and upper back. This is a great way to get all your major muscle groups firing and it won't take long for you to feel the heat. You're welcome!

This class is an introduction to the Hatha yoga method taught by Jasmine Lieb, where healthy diaphragmatic breathing (free from tension, compression, and strain) forms the basis for discovering space and support in YOUR body.

A gentle practice designed to help you connect with the five layers of your being, also known as your koshas. Not sure what those are? This practice is a great way to learn... enjoy!

This class is focused on the posterior hips - the glutes and the hamstrings. We will stretch and strengthen these areas and learn how these muscles can affect the health of our knees and ankles. This is a Foundational Flow class which means we will move at a slower pace but it's expected that you are familiar with the poses and the breath and have been practicing regularly for some time!

We are all asymmetrical. Sensing what's off-kilter in our pelvis and core is especially tricky to pinpoint. This practice uses blocks to help us feel our center. Think of the block as the friend you can trust to tell you the truth and set you straight. These insights give us options to consider: What feedback am I missing? Where do I need to be stronger? Where might I need to be softer? What can I change? What can I accept? Do I need new friends? ;) How can we better support ourselves and each other so that we all feel a little more centered?
