Can you breathe lightness into the heaviness of the pose? Can you offer up what doesn't serve you and cultivate more of what does? Can you find the balance between effort and surrender, stability and openness, self-acceptance and a goal? Enjoy exploring these questions and many more throughout a challenging flow practice with plenty of standing poses, heart and hip opening, as well as arm balancing and inversions. Namaste!
