Be open to whatever arrives with curiosity, kindness and non-judgment. You can expect intention setting, cat-cow, series A, a warrior flow, extended side angle, half moon, wild thing, malasana, navasana, reverse table top, inversions, bridge, happy baby pose, thread the needle, forward folds, spinal twists and a restful savasana.
