Keep it moving. A hip-opening flow takes us from Warrior One and Humble Warrior all the way to extended side angle, bound side angle and ardha chandrasana. We also play with bakasana, with an option for bhujapidasana or tittibasana. Core strengthening, backbends and hip openers round out the class before Savasana.
