Cultivate unconditional friendliness toward yourself and see if you can start to value all your experiences equally on your mat, whether you're balancing or falling, strong or tired, open or tight. If you keep showing up on your mat your body will open and strengthen, and the balance will come. Focus on breathing through it all.
