Visvamitrasana a.k.a. "Flying Warrior" flow. Visvamitrasana which seems like a hybrid between side angle warrior and side plank can be somewhat intimidating. In this flow we aim to break it down into bite size pieces and make it fun! We start with some sun salutes and then move into a juicy hip opening flow that includes lots of low lunge variations, half splits and gate pose to tenderize the hips and prepare them for the this big arm balance/hip opener. We also play with flying pigeon, full side plank with the toe grab and much more! Enjoy!
