In this offering, Dhaujee uses some of our favorite yoga asanas to isolate and tone core muscles. We kick it off with some mindful breaths and use that heat to get moving. Blocks and weights are added to keep it fiery but laughing at the bloopers will probably work your core, too! Wear cool clothes and have fun!!

This practice is in response to a member request! Katie was looking for a sweet, stretchy, end-of-day decompression kind of session that would calm the nervous system, release any tension from the day, and set her up for an excellent night of sleep. You can do this practice in the evening, or you can certainly do it anytime you feel the need for a deep release and nervous system reset. Two blocks are handy for restorative backbends. If you are doing this at night, feel free to practice in your pajamas and take savasana in bed! Sweet dreams, day or night, yogis xx

If you need a quick-but-thorough mobility flow to open your hips, get the breath and energy moving, open the shoulders, chest and upper back, release the hamstrings and get yourself set up for a great day (or night out) here you go!

Our shoulders are the teenagers of our body - they wanna be free but that freedom gets them into all kinds of trouble. If your shoulders are the troubled teens of your body, they may need some structured support to set them free. We start slow and easy to sort out where the trouble spots are. Then we play with a strap and use other tricks to help focus attention on what's happening with the shoulders. We explore all the ways the shoulders move. Then we set them free in an easy vinyasa C to feel the shifts that happen when we give our attention to the places where we are stuck.

Need something quick to open every major muscle group and get your breath flowing? Here you go! You can do this as a one-off practice when you're short on time, or you can pair it with one of my quick core blasts or anything else that strikes your fancy :)

A mostly gentle exploration of spinal and hip mobility. Take your time to feel deeply and enjoy the journey toward an ever more open heart.

A perfect flow for days when you need to get moving! We start with grounding and then we get grooving. A little breath-of-fire and some gentle twists get the party started. The shoulders, chest, upper back, neck, jaw and face get some serious love, as do the hips, hamstrings and quadriceps. We strengthen the core and play with tripod headstand or the building blocks to get there. More hip-opening to follow, and then a sweet, sweet savasana! Sometimes you just need to get your body moving to free up energy, quiet your mind, open your heart and get back to whatever you're doing with more presence and focus. If that sounds good, this is for you! 2 blocks may be helpful to lift the floor up.

Take an hour to open your shoulders and hips, get connected to your breath, open your heart, quiet your mind, and turn your world on its head so you can come back with more presence, calm and clarity.
