Hello friends! This is a practice for times when you really want to slow down, breathe consciously, and open every major muscle group deeply. The pace is slow and steady. This is not a heat-building class, it's a class that's about grounding, calming the nervous system and feeling really good in your body. If you've had a tough day and/or if you're struggling with anxiety or insomnia, or you need something during your cycle, this is for you. Enjoy xx

Do you ever think about what it would feel like to be a grasshopper with no thoughts about growth mindset? You'd just be hopping along as your little grasshopper self, and your biggest concern would be enjoying your next leaf. We humans could take a page or two out of the grasshopper school of life manual, and if you join me for this class we'll talk about the sickness of constant comparing and contrasting, and the calm that ensues when you learn to find contentment through the little things. Grab a couple of blocks in case you want them!

A gentle yin practice infused with an informal introduction to some of the core concepts of the Yoga Sutras, which lay the foundation for virtually every school and style of yoga in the world today, but which many people who love the physical aspects of yoga know surprisingly little about. This class aims to take your knowledge to the next level while giving your mind and body a nice recharge... enjoy!

Hello yogis! You know those days when you feel totally depleted, either physically or mentally or sometimes both? Yeah, this practice is for those days! If you need to decompress, soothe your nervous system, breathe deeply and get a nice deep stretch, this is for you. This is also a great evening practice, or post-run or hike. The only moment of "work" here is some very deep core engagement (with or without a resistance band) and I do mean just a moment. I felt the need for that deep strengthening with a lot of chill around it :) Hope you enjoy.

Hi Yogis! Today we're going to open the hips, add some twists and nice back-bending, and play with some quick arm-balancing! Grab a couple of blocks, breathe deeply, and I bet we'll uncover some joy along the way, as well!

Yoga is like medicine. Sometimes you need a strong dose, and other times you just need a little. This medium-intensity practice is for those other times. A good stretch with a bit of core work for good measure... enjoy!

Do you tend to be a little tighter in the hips and hamstrings? Grab two blocks and let's make some magic happen! This practice is all about using the blocks to find space and freedom. Great for runners, bikers and hikers, or anyone who carries some tension in these places!

A quick but thorough practice to open the quadriceps, and also the hips, hamstrings and shoulders! Perfect as a rise-and-shine, anytime!

Here is a go-to practice for days when you're short on time but know you'll feel so much better if you breathe deeply and open every major muscle group! Everything flows better when you flow first ;)

This flow is all about strength-and-stretch. It's so good to build heat and open every major muscle group (your hips, hamstrings and shoulders are going to get a LOT of love here!) but it's also nice to have a really strong center! This is the perfect mix of yin/yang and I hope you enjoy, yogis :)
