In this brisk and fiery flow, we address all the major muscle groups and all of our favorite parts of the yoga practice. The flow starts with a sun salutation variation that incorporates energizing core work. It heats up with some twists and standing balances to warm up the legs. We close it out with hip opening and an opportunity to turn your life upside down with inversion play. Great when you're short on time but want to move through a full practice!
