A perfect practice when you're short on time and really need some grounding, nervous system regulation, conscious breath, gentle movement to open the hips, hamstrings and shoulders, a little alternate nostril breathing, and the chance to chill, deeply. A blanket may be helpful for your seated forward bend.

A little bit of breath, a little bit of movement, and a meditation on sukha (an authentic, lasting state of happiness, pleasure, ease, or joy) versus dukha (the "mind-stuff" that can cause us suffering, pain, stress and dis-ease when we ruminate too much on the things outside our control). There's a tendency to focus on our physical state, and forget that most of our lives are experienced through our mental and emotional states. Spend some time finding ease in your body, and sweet steadiness in your mind. You may find it helpful to prop a blanket or meditation cushion under your tailbone, or to sit up on a block.

Sometimes you just need to slow down and take it easy. This practice aims to provide the yoga equivalent of a comforting hug. Take your time, breathe deeply... and enjoy :)

This short and calming flow is perfect for calling the energy of rest back to your body and breath. We start with gentle stretches, take modifications in some familiar poses, and finally wring it out before a supported savasana. Enjoy!

A gentle yin practice infused with an informal introduction to some of the core concepts of the Yoga Sutras, which lay the foundation for virtually every school and style of yoga in the world today, but which many people who love the physical aspects of yoga know surprisingly little about. This class aims to take your knowledge to the next level while giving your mind and body a nice recharge... enjoy!

Hello yogis! You know those days when you feel totally depleted, either physically or mentally or sometimes both? Yeah, this practice is for those days! If you need to decompress, soothe your nervous system, breathe deeply and get a nice deep stretch, this is for you. This is also a great evening practice, or post-run or hike. The only moment of "work" here is some very deep core engagement (with or without a resistance band) and I do mean just a moment. I felt the need for that deep strengthening with a lot of chill around it :) Hope you enjoy.

(If the kids are off of school right now, we have you covered! And you might want to join in :)) All Ages! Are you having BIG feelings? Me, too! Sometimes we have big feelings of joy, excitement, happiness or anticipation, and other times we have big feelings of sadness, anger, fear, or frustration. Whatever your big feelings might be, the important thing is to work with the way we feel! Pretending not to be scared won't make our fear go away. In this class, we're going to draw our big feelings and then work with them in our bodies! We'll give them a way to come to the surface so we realize ALL feelings are okay, we just have to figure out why we feel the way we do, and what to do with the feelings we have. Ready? Grab some paper and crayons and let's play!

If you spend a lot of time at your desk and/or if you've tweaked your lower back, this is a very simple, very gentle session that is all about the essentials: your spinal health, movements that will relieve a sore low back, open your hip flexors if you do a lot of sitting at a desk, release your wrists and forearms, and give your neck, chest, shoulders, hips and hamstrings a gentle stretch. Intended as a break during your day and not a full practice, or for a little gentle stretching before bed, this session will help the most if you focus on deep breathing throughout.

In this offering, we focus our attention on the low back. Through steady breath, Dhaujee moves us through poses that invite an understanding of the connection between the tightness of the hips and the tension in the the low back. The movement is slow and props are encouraged to offer a gentle release in our spine throughout the entire practice. Enjoy!
