The focus of this practice is how to meet the challenges we face both on and off the mat with dignity and poise. When faced with a challenge - what blessings are there? What does the difficult pose or life circumstance have to teach you? Our practice provides a wonderful opportunity to work on observing and overcoming our reactions and limitations. This class includes a gentle warm up, challenging flow sequence and meditative cool-down. Enjoy, yogis!
