We start with some sun salutes and then move into a juicy hip opening flow that includes lots of low lunge variations, half splits, and skandasana pose to tenderize the hips and hamstrings. Next we dive into lots of corework interwoven with backbends to keep our shoulders and front body open. We play with different variations of handstands to find a deeper understanding of our core and then play with Pincha! Enjoy!
