In this Vinyasa class start by practicing acceptance and non-judgment of where you're starting from and then add a step of setting a positive intention for the flow. This class will focus on deep breathing, meditation in movement, dynamic standing sequences, arm balances, core work, inversions, back-bending, hip-opening, spinal twists, and savasana.
