Wring out your stress in this short flow practice! Vinyasas build heat and get the body prepped to twist. We explore side plank, twisting crescent, twisting half moon and more! This is a great practice for getting out of your head and clearing away worry or exhaustion. After savasana you will feel like it's a new you!

The pace is chill, but you have opportunities to modify toward more or less heat depending on your energy level. Hamstrings, shoulders and upper back get lots of love. There are some nice twists, a couple of arm balances if you’re inclined, heart and hip opening, and Savasana.

We build some nice heat as we flow and sweat and play with arm balances along the way, including koundinyasana 2 and flying pigeon.
