Sweeten up in this tender practice, stepping lightly upon your mat, and upon this earth. A lovely lotus flow with a strong focus on open-hipped standing poses, variations of standing balances, and arm-balances. Prop it up in Prapadasana, or Tip-Toe Pose, and take flight into Eka Pada Galavasana. Try transitioning into a few different arm-balances from Sirsasana B for a challenge. Whatever you do, proceed lightly with yourself and others. Blessings Yogis!
