This practice is dedicated to the monkey deity Hanuman, who lives and breathes devotion and service, and the prana that brings people together. A little kundalini warm up to get the fire in the belly started, then ample core awakening and hamstring opening built into the the flow. The standing flow builds slow and steady, involving deep hip explorations and adventurous variations of standing marichyasana, navasana and compass. Finally, we get our Hanuman on at the wall, in 3 different orientations.
