This dynamic vinyasa practice calls upon the 5 elements to help us to synchronize with the energies around us and move with, not against, the flow of life. Peak poses include a variation of Dwi Pada Koundinyasana, a made-up shape called "Unicorn Pose" and Scorpion.

This practice is all about learning to take your time and move mindfully. Holding poses requires deep focus, attention and awareness, they also build a lot of heat! Sun Salutations done with intention help to warm the muscles in the body and plank variations create overall strength. Standing poses, backbends and core work will leave you ready for a very relaxing Savasana! Learn to slow down and reconnect to yourself.
If you want to have fun while you work your asana off, look no further! Join in for this sweaty, flowing, hip-opening, core strengthening, arm balancing, inverting good time. Savasana is earned and awesome and so are you.
This practice focuses on deep hip and heart openers. We begin with sun salute c, also known as a moon sequence, which is great for quad and shoulder opening. Then we move into standing hip openers to prepare the body for flying pigeon. We will dance through inversions and backbends before wrapping it all up with one of my favorite poses, king pigeon. If you're new to any of these poses, we offer props and modifications to help you enter in and out of the poses. Enjoy after a long day or middle of the afternoon when you need a pick-me-up!
Tone and Tighten your Abs in some expected and unexpected ways.
The practice begins with kindling a fire in the belly with variations of Supta Baddha Konasana and reclined twists. A few extended planks in Surya Namaskara A will increase the heat in the whole body.
We will play with finding our core engagement in both external and internal standing poses and balance the strength with length in twists and backbends.
With a practice like this, your body will feel dynamite!
