This flow targets the hips, hamstrings and core. We begin with some gentle twists and stretches on the floor to say hello to the hips and hamstrings, add a little breath of fire, and start the party with core work. Then we get on our feet for Series C, crescent pose variations, standing balance including eagle pose, standing splits and standing marichyasana, baby bakasana, lizard and pigeon pose variations, a quick headstand tutorial and then a well-earned savasana.
