The foundation is Warrior I. Square your torso to the front of the room and then fold forward. Many modifications are taught, be sure to listen to your body. A strap or towel will be handy if the shoulders are tighter.

A flowy leg-centric practice that is all about staying centered and strong in the midst of uncertainty and challenge. Deeply open the hamstrings, hips, shoulders and upper back. Wring yourself out with some sweet twists, and work your way toward monkey pose and chin stand. Two blocks will be helpful for many!
Sometimes the best thing we can do when everything feels like too much, is to flip the script! We're all dealing with so much right now, and it's important to balance out our thinking and our perspective! Having said that, we spend a lot of time upside down in this flow. We build a lot of nice heat in a fun flow that involves true love for the hips, hamstrings and shoulders. We fire up the core and play with arm balances. Once we're warm, oh my goodness do we open those hips. Virasana, half virasana, skandasana variations, monkey pose, double pigeon and a seriously deep savasana. You'll be wrung out for sure!
