What are you focusing on? I did this flow because I caught myself focusing on all the things I hadn't done last week instead of all the things I had done, and starting to beat myself up! Relate? Use the focal points (drishtis) to train your mind to focus on the things YOU choose so you can catch yourself when you start to spiral, pull yourself back to the present moment, and redirect your attention toward thoughts that will strengthen you! Where your attention goes, your energy flows, after all. Physically, this practice will build some nice heat, strengthen your core, and open every major muscle group! We play with a wide straddle on the floor, from a tripod headstand, and in a handstand. Enjoy!
