If you want to deeply open your shoulders, upper back, chest, hips and hamstrings, this is it. I felt a lot of tension in my shoulders and upper back releasing as I moved, and I hope you will, too. I felt a lot of emotional tension release as well. I did talk openly about what's happening in the world right now in the context of heart-opening and the yoga of action. Two blocks are handy but not necessary. Love to all, may we be gentle with ourselves but resolute.
