If you're looking for a fun, creative flow where we play with dropping any agenda or attachment and simply staying curious about what it...look no further! This practice will get your heart pumping and your energy, too. We open the hips, hamstrings, quadriceps, shoulders, and upper back, we fire up the core, and we get upside down. Two blocks and a bolster may be helpful but aren't necessary. All you really need is an open mind and a desire to feel great!
