Calling all grasshopper-curious yogis! This is a twisty, centering flow with lots of standing balance that includes standing marichyasana, lots of twists and upper back-opening, hamstring opening, and core strengthening as we make our way toward Grasshopper pose! You may or may not get into the pose today, but I offer variations for those who need to start at the wall with a block, those ready to come off the wall, and those ready for flight :) You will open your hips, hamstrings, shoulders and upper back, strengthen your core, and have fun along the way no matter what else happens! A block will be helpful for those working toward the pose.
