Debating between intermediate or advanced for this one because the hip-opening is deep and I want those of you with knee issues to listen to your bodies! Please don't force anything. A nice steady pace to build heat as we open the hips more and more along the way. This is a well-balanced flow with core strengthening, backbends (they felt SO good) and a long tripod headstand, but there is no doubt the focus is deep hip-opening you'll feel for daaaaays. Marichyasana variations are the dessert we're heading toward, but there are a lot of delectables along the way. Enjoy!
