A flow to open your shoulders, chest, upper back, quadriceps and hamstrings so you can play with backbends including Lord of the Dance pose and a little scorpion in your forearm stand! A strap and two blocks will be helpful! The peak poses may or may not happen, but that is totally okay. You'll get a beautiful flow and I guarantee this will free up your shoulders, chest, neck and upper back so you walk away from your mat with your heart wide open. (And of course, a strong core - hello elevated mountain climbers! ;))
