How's your relationship with your hamstrings? Are y'all in love, or are you in a combative relationship? Do you respect your hamstrings' boundaries but wish things could go a little deeper? Do your hamstrings have trust issues with you because you're hard on them? What's the deal with you guys, anyway? Grab a couple of blocks (and maybe have a chair nearby if your hamstrings could use some extra love and patience) and let's get in there!
