This flow focuses on opening the hamstrings and muscles in the backs of the legs! We start by building lots of internal heat with sun salutations and standing postures. Standing splits and forward folds create more space in the hamstrings. Triangle, crescent pose, and pyramid pose all allow you to go deeper into the opening of the hamstrings. A dose of core work creates strength in your center, and we stretch and relax in hanumanasana and seated forward folds. Enjoy, Yogis!
