Yoga Barre

Yoga Barre is a low impact strength workout that enhances your muscle tone, posture and flexibility in a class that blends ballet, dance, functional strength and yoga postures. You will need a barre or a chair or the back of your couch to hold onto for many of the standing sequences (the back of a chair is usually a good height if you don’t have your own barre). You will target muscles and muscle groups and feel the burn in a whole new way. This is strength and awareness you can then bring back into your vinyasa flow or hatha classes! Get ready to sweat, laugh, move and breathe, and discover some muscles you didn’t know you had!
