Ever been curious about ballet? This is a short, beginner barre with a little foot warmup and intro to terminology, along with a little yoga, lots of pliés, work for the hips, hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes, calves, ankles and feet! You will sweat, and you may feel some new muscles cooking :) Enjoy yogi/dancers! Note: you don't need a barre, a chair or anything solid you can rest a hand on will do :)
