Start with the breath and a grounding seated sequence. We put together series A one piece at a time and then move into series B. Challenge your balance with tree pose! Flow to warrior II for a long hold and then take it to extended side angle, reverse warrior and extended triangle. Last, we play with crow pose, of course prepping ourselves with some core exercises geared toward finding the muscles needed to get into the pose. Then cool it down with some calming forward folds. Remember, child's pose is always available if you find this sequence challenging. Keep up the good work!
