How much are we offering up to those around us and the world at large, and how much are we taking the time to tune in and nurture ourselves? How much do we depend on external affirmation, and how much do we value our own intuition? Expect lots of shoulder, chest, psoas, hip flexor and quadriceps opening, balanced out with lots of upper back, lower back, hamstring, calf muscle and ankle attention!
