Yogis, we start out slow and steady on the floor, and you're going to need a strap for this ride because we're going deep! We'll use the strap along the way to find new spaciousness in the shoulders and hamstrings. Your hips and quadriceps are also going to get a lot of love. We'll play with some surprises including a self-soothing reclined happy cow-face-pose and compass pose on our backs! And you'll have options to turn things upside down in forearm stand. Then a little bliss in savasana, and you should feel like the magical being you are!
