The pace is slow and steady. We build some nice heat with movements that open the spine, chest and shoulders and then target the hips, psoas, quadriceps, hamstrings and side body. Deep breathing throughout to calm the nervous system with long holds in half lotus variations. Twists to wring yourself out. Please have a block handy especially if you have knee issues. the hip-opening is deep and I want you to please listen to your body! This is a great practice for end-of-day or end-of-week, or for anytime you need to calm and center yourself and get a really deep stretch! Enjoy x
