This practice is about setting up for Saucha, or purity, and starts off with a good deal of grounded puttering to ease us in slowly. Build heat and strength in the hips, legs, shoulders and arms in the standing flow. Bring your hip opening and side body bending to another level once nice and warm, and rise up off the ground in a standing compass variation. Try out challenging transitions and new variations, but from the purest place possible. Move into pure consciousness with the wind down, awakening the throat chakra with plow and shoulderstand. May the bliss be with you.
