Sweet Series C opens the front and back body, and helps us build enough heat to deeply open the shoulders, hips and hamstrings. The pace is slow but steady--this is not a "stretch and relax", we will work, but it's also not a butt whooper. It's a Goldilocks practice, "just right"!
