This practice awakens every part of the body. We start off slowly warming up, and move into sun salutations to create space and internal heat. Warrior poses and standing balances create lots of strength and allow the mind to quiet down. Time to get upside down in inversions, and camel pose along with a few backbends on the spine open the heart space.
