Let’s do this! If you have a couple of blocks handy, that’s great! If not, a few thick books will do the trick! We awaken the spine with some cat-cows, build heat with Series C, and then target the shoulders and back from every direction! Eagle arms, fun with down dog twists and scorn in down dog, camel pose with variations, and building blocks toward kapotasana if you’re ready! Core strength to bring you back to center, and hip and hamstring release to make sure you’re feeling balanced. Give Atlas the weight of the world, and let’s have some fun!
