This is an intense flow where we build heat quickly, and use it to open and strengthen the upper back, the shoulders, the core, and the hamstrings. We play with lots of arm balances and inversions, all around the theme of things we take for granted (our health, for example), and how your yoga practice can become your gratitude practice.
