You are almost to the finish line, keep the faith! In this video we build on the strength and body awareness that you've built so far! For our warm-up we do some wrist strengthening, crow pose on the back, and a garland pose variation. Next we talk about the nuts and bolts of alignment in the actual pose! We then practice some crow push-ups to overcome our fear of the floor. Good luck!
