You are over half-way to your goal of Crow pose, way to go! Today we warm up with wrist stretching and strengthening, cat/cow with a brief explanation of the serratus anterior muscle. Turbo plank for upper back strengthening. Next we do even more core-strengthening with sun salutes and blanket abs. Malasana to prepare the hips, then some crow practice with a crash pad and blocks! Enjoy!
