The final installment for Crow pose, Yay! We begin with wrist stretching and strengthening. Some of the stuff we cover in this video are: turbo puppy to work our shoulders and core in external rotation. Turbo plank for further core, arm and back work. Seated ab work that mimics the shape of crow pose. Garland pose on the block, modifications for crow and finally crow pose!!! Enjoy!
