Come on this is yoga! WTF means Warrior Two Fun! We start with the breath and some easy all around stretching: heart, hip and hamstring. After a slow build to series A, we do a three part warrior two standing sequence that leads to exploring a bound side angle. Put it into practice with a mini flow from series B to warrior two. Before we wind down a little heart opening, and some core strengthening. Get your warrior two on and have some fun!
