We're moving toward Lord of the Dance pose so you can count on lots of shoulder, chest, upper back and quadriceps opening along with twists and forward folds to keep us centered. Monkey pose makes an appearance and you may decide to explore that pose in forearm stand as well. One-legged King Pigeon Pose II is a potential stop on this journey, so you may want to grab a strap. Keep breathing and keep moving (heart) forward!
