Hamstrings three ways! Or maybe five. This class is geared toward the beginner but also great for anyone who wants to take it slow and get into the hamstrings. We approach the hamstrings from different angles: on our backs, standing and then the floor. The keyword here is approach. Listen to your breath and ease into the stretches so as to not force it. After a slow build to series A we kick it up a notch with a few rounds of series C, moon salutations. We work on leveling our hips in warrior 3 using blocks for support. Mini flow back to the hamstrings rounding out with some heart-opening, core and then forward folds. Finally and happily, Savasana.
