Open up your front body--your hip flexors, quadriceps, and all the muscles across the chest, and target your back body, with extra love for those hamstrings. Lots of lunges and splits, some nice twists and arm balances, deep heart openers (viparita dandasana), and core strengthening to keep you centered. Gomukhasana for your hips, and a deep Savasana. Walk away feeling balanced, open, grounded.
